Training Evaluation
Corporate trainingand development policies and practices: a cross-national study of India and Britain. International Journal of Training & Development, Vol. 4, Issue 1.

Yadapadithya & Stewart (2000) conducted a widespread survey of corporations in Britain and India to compare training evaluation practices. Comparison reveals similarities & these primary differences: more training in Britain, more delegation to managers for training in Britain, more focus on individuals in Britain, and more concern with business results in Britain.
This comparison provides a good model for a comparative study of training evaluation.
There is an extended discussion of the Indian results from this study in the 2 following articles.
